Our firm is keen on exploring existing and new projects that are in line with its business values which in turn will strengthen its current business portfolio. We focus on developing our cooperation with our global partners through establishing with them local companies, allowing them to be close to their clients and understanding their needs. This is all carried out through convenient access to local resources while contributing to technology transmission in the local market. We as well aim to participate in BOT projects in partnership with the state of Kuwait.

 

 

Project and Business Development Services:

 

 Extensive assessment on who to incorporate as potential companies with our partners, especially in the fields of construction, drilling related services and training.

 

 Possible acquisition of existing companies' shares, who are in the same field, if found valuable in achieving our business objectives and goals after conducting market research.

 

 Pursuit of opportunities from stumbling companies, in related fields, by restructuring their administrative and financial divisions as well as managing those companies for specific periods of time. After transforming stumbling companies into well-based companies, we sell them off.

 

 Aiming to participate in Kuwait's BOT projects with a focus on energy, water, environment and transportation sectors.
